It's cool, I laughed about it too the next morning.

Are you using a crap browser? I am using Firefox and the embedded YouTube clips work for me. I remember you had trouble with animated gifs awhile back but I think you said that had cleared up.

I am sure this knowledge will make Dirt Nap very happy.

Maybe it is some kind of ad or pop up blocker that doesn't load content from another server?

I am using Firefox. And your squid doesn't move. I see it move if I access from work.

I have problems with Youtube. For some reason, when I click a link for Youtube from a usenet post, I get the HTML code for the screen. I have to go to youtube.com and then I can past the link in my address bar and bring it up. I don't understand that.

If I ever get around to clearing all the downloaded torrents from my computer, I may just wipe the hard drive and start from scratch.
